My content review included the Berkeley Review (TBR) books for biology (both of them, super great passages), Kaplan (for chemistry and physics), and I started on the 300 page doc for P/S. I had taken physiology and physics the year before, organic chemistry, cell bio, genetics the year before that. I was a senior in college and taking biochemistry (highly recommend doing that if possible). I started in January 2020 with content review. I'm a smart person but not one of those don't-study-and-get-an-A kind of people. I got a puppy with my girlfriend a month before the test and she worked full time. I really only studied probably <10 hours per week the whole time.
